Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in St. Johns that are seeking skilled Quality Supervisors. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train a team of quality technicians and inspectors.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and non-conformances.
  • Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality management systems.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • ASQ Certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Experience with ISO 13485 or AS9100 quality management systems
  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
