solutions-oriented, proactive Project Manager
with a proven ability to plan, organize, and deliver successful electrical construction projects. This role requires a
critical thinker and effective leader
who can manage all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation-while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects from start to completion Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Coordinate daily activities with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project specifications Conduct or participate in regular jobsite safety meetings and compliance audits Anticipate and resolve project challenges proactively to avoid delays and budget overruns Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and communication logs Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote repeat business Qualifications Project Planning & Scheduling Budget Management & Cost Control Electrical Design & Construction Knowledge Contract and Change Order Management Safety & Quality Compliance Client Relations & Communication Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Experience Minimum
3 years of project management experience
(required) 5+ years of electrical construction experience
(preferred) Strong background in
project budgeting, estimating, and forecasting Proficiency with
project-tracking or scheduling systems Electrical engineering degree
or
PMP certification
(preferred) Experience in
construction estimating
(preferred but not required) Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills Professional references will be requested Experience with collective bargaining employees and representatives Compensation 120k-130k-
