Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of professional experience in large financial institutions with a focus on regulatory initiatives (CCAR, DFAST, Basel III). Hands-on experience with CCAR and Stress Testing implementations, including support for FR Y-14 reporting and related documentation. Exp with 14Q and 14R. Strong understanding of Market Risk, Credit Risk, VaR, financial instruments, market data sources, trading systems, and risk governance processes. Ability to synthesize complex technical and financial concepts and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, prioritization, and follow-through skills with high accountability. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and engage effectively with executives, managers, and SMEs. Knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile) and proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, Excel). Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Databricks is desirable. Strong leadership, relationship management, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder-management capabilities. Understanding of financial operations, MIS, data management, and reporting processes within commercial and investment banking. BA/BS degree required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
