The Manager will work within and beyond the Programming & Content Strategy team to help with daily operations and content launch planning for Paramount+. The role requires a forward‑thinking individual passionate about operations, television entertainment, and technology.
Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with brand stakeholders and internal P+ Original teams to ensure accurate tracking and successful launches on the service.
Conduct regular audits to verify critical metadata between systems.
Act as the main point of contact monitoring delivery statuses and asset readiness for new content coming to the service.
Serve as the cross‑functional point of contact between Programming & Content Management to maintain and optimize centralized tracking resources.
Liaise between P+ and Post production teams to manage delivery schedules and asset fulfillment ETAs.
Work alongside the Associate Manager to ensure timely delivery of assets in accordance with established deadlines.
Basic Requirements
3+ years of experience working in streaming media, entertainment, or technology.
Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in technology, business, data, media or related fields preferred.
Familiarity with streaming and SVOD media landscape.
Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Airtable and Salesforce.
Demonstrated experience serving as a cross‑functional communicator between teams.
Adept at working autonomously to manage timelines and prioritize tasks.
Stellar interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and presentation skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work well under pressure and quickly adapt to change in a dynamic work environment.
Compensation and Benefits Hiring Salary Range: $74,000 – 100,000. The range applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance, disability benefits, tuition assistance, and other benefits are available.
