Job Overview: We are seeking an Executive Search Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a polished, relationship‑driven professional who enjoys building partnerships, engaging executive talent, and delivering exceptional client service. The Executive Search Consultant will lead search engagements, develop client relationships, recruit senior‑level talent, and contribute to the firm's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Partner with clients to understand leadership needs, develop search strategies, and provide consultative guidance throughout the search process.
Executive Recruiting:
Identify, engage, assess, and recruit executive and leadership talent across manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial markets.
Business Development:
Build relationships with prospective clients, generate new opportunities, and contribute to firm growth through networking and market engagement.
Candidate Management:
Conduct in‑depth interviews, evaluate leadership capabilities, manage candidate pipelines, and guide candidates through the search process.
Market Intelligence:
Provide clients with insights on talent trends, compensation, organizational structures, and competitive market dynamics.
Search Execution:
Manage multiple search assignments simultaneously while ensuring an exceptional client and candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
Professional presence and ability to engage senior executives
Consultative sales and business development mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑oriented
Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office
Ideal Background:
Experience in executive search, recruiting, staffing, consultative sales, business development, or relationship management
Experience working with senior leaders and executive‑level talent
Bachelor's degree preferred
Interest in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or supply chain industries
