Hire Quest Direct is seeking a driven and energetic Outside Sales Representative to grow our staffing business throughout the Denver market. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and managing customer relationships within the construction, hospitality, event staffing, warehouse, and light industrial sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys being in the field, meeting decision-makers face‑to‑face, and building long‑term client partnerships. The position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, benefits, car allowance, and cell phone allowance.

Schedule
In‑office start at 6:30 AM for daily planning, customer service review, and branch meetings
Majority of the day spent in the field visiting customers, prospecting, and developing new business
Responsibilities
Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and in‑person sales visits
Develop and maintain relationships with construction companies, hospitality groups, event venues, warehouses, manufacturers, and industrial clients
Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with hiring managers, project managers, operations leaders, and business owners
Identify staffing opportunities and provide workforce solutions tailored to customer needs
Prepare proposals, negotiate service agreements, and close new accounts
Manage existing accounts to increase revenue and customer retention
Collaborate with branch operations to ensure successful fulfillment of customer orders
Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
Qualifications
Outside sales, staffing, business development, or B2B sales experience preferred
Experience selling into construction, hospitality, events, industrial, or warehouse markets is a plus
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated with a competitive and goal‑oriented mindset
Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the branch team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Comfortable spending the majority of the workday in the field
