Lead CRM Solution Design: Design and architect complex HubSpot-based CRM solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on optimizing B2B sales and revenue processes, aligned with our value of Innovation via Progress. Analyze Business Needs: Independently assess and define client workflows, identify sales-related pain points, and propose strategic solutions that enhance performance, embodying Stewardship. Facilitate Integrations: Architect and manage the integration of CRM systems with complex client tools, including advanced data modeling, migration, and custom development. Mandatory Technical Experience:
5+ years of experience in CRM or ERP development, architecture, or implementation. CRM Expertise:
5+ years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot (or similar enterprise CRM/marketing automation platforms), with a proven history of designing and leading complex CRM solutions. B2B/Revenue Operations Experience:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales or revenue operations, with a proven track record of engaging clients and defining sales/marketing processes. Architectural & Analytical Mindset:
Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex business and revenue processes, identify strategic opportunities, and design end‑to‑end technical solutions. Project Leadership:
Proven ability to own and lead complex, cross‑functional projects, including scope management, risk mitigation, and timeline adherence. Strong Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and connect with sales teams. Education: Degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Bonus Points
Experience leading client training or documentation, particularly for sales teams. Advanced understanding of data analysis or reporting tools for sales metrics.
