Job Responsibilities Drive Sales Growth: Promote Android OS devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets. Cultivate Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at Best Buy locations. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure an excellent experience for end‑consumers through retail partners by leveraging expert Android OS product knowledge and outstanding service. Maximize Product Placement: Optimize product displays and in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Provide Product Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating Best Buy associates and customers on the features and benefits of Android OS devices and the broader Android ecosystem. Execute Sales Strategies: Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives. Report and Analyze Sales Data: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications Drives Results: Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment; a track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas. Influences Retail Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision‑makers within Best Buy retail store leadership. Customer Focus: Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Situational Adaptability: Highly adaptable with the ability to demonstrate situational adaptability and adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs. Self‑Starter: Proactive and driven, capable of working independently and managing time effectively with minimal supervision. Product Knowledge: Ability to acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge regarding Android devices and the broader ecosystem, and effectively communicate it. Transportation: Must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and be available for occasional overnight assignments; a valid driver’s license is required. Physical Requirements Lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more. Compensation and Work Schedule Pay: Starting at $23 hourly; pay based on experience plus weekly, monthly contests and incentives. Schedule: Thursday–Sunday (four 10‑hour shifts). Travel & Vehicle This position requires a personal vehicle, insurance, and submission to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Daily travel to multiple stores and the ability to accommodate occasional overnight assignments are necessary. Benefits Competitive weekly pay plus weekly, monthly, and quarterly contests and spiffs.
