Full‑Time Retail Sales – Immediate Hire – Paid Training 2020 Companies is seeking Retail Sales Associates with enthusiastic personalities to join our team of Wireless Sales Pros at Walmart 715 in Tuscaloosa, AL 35405.
Job Type: Regular Work Location: Walmart 715 – Tuscaloosa, AL 35405.
Responsibilities
Work in the wireless services section within Walmart
Engage customers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans
Uncover consumer desires, overcome objections, and foster professional relationships
Welcome customers and politely offer solutions
Collaborate with team to accomplish goals and celebrate success
Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environment
Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees
Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
Direct customers by escorting them to displays, assess needs, and suggest products that fit those needs
Advise customers by providing information on products and services
Help customers make selections by building confidence
Accurately document and report sales
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
Keep workstation/kiosk clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times
Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
Performance Measurement
Regular and prompt attendance
Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota or goals
Customer or client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
