Successful execution of internal and external project development activities Maintain communications with outside sales force regarding new and developing opportunities Efficiently access, maintain, and distribute technical information to all stakeholders, as required Assist with influencing and sales activities with consulting engineer, contractors, and end users Assist and conduct marketing activities based on market information related to new and existing customers, applications, products, and competitors to grow the Power Systems business Effective and efficient clerical office support for assigned sales engineers Organize and document customer quotations Relay messages to sales force in a timely manner Provide support for incoming phone calls Process customer tax certificates and credit applications Process incoming and outgoing mail Effective and timely provision of quote activity, opportunity status and market intelligence Follow established guidelines for recording and maintain project activities in CRM Participate in weekly opportunity meetings to report project quoting progress Provide analysis of won-lost data related to activities Assist with and communicate competitor technical and commercial intelligence data Professional sales support and administrative assistance to assigned sales engineers Assemble technical bid review binders Assist Credit Department with collecting all past due invoices and follow up on collection of funds retained until successful project completion Coordinate customer opportunities and inquiries for all H.O.
