The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products. The role requires executing mattress‑selling programs with digital tools and providing a seamless omnichannel experience that puts the customer at the center. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Monitor competitor activity, advertising, and services. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lead and participate in in‑store merchandising and product displays. Collaborate with team members to create a compelling and engaging store environment. Assist in training new staff on product knowledge and selling techniques. Qualifications
Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Strong verbal communication and customer‑service skills. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive results. Valid U.S. work authorization with proof of eligibility to work without sponsorship. Benefits
Competitive pay range:
$59,000‑$72,000
