As a Digital and Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the department store’s digital presence across social media platforms and the website, ensuring all content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with the brand’s positioning. Key Accountabilities:
Social Media Management
Develop, plan, and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Create and manage content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, seasonal initiatives and brand objectives. Publish, schedule, and optimize social media content across all platforms. Ensure all social media channels maintain a consistent premium brand image, tone of voice, and visual identity. Manage and regularly update social media profiles, bios, highlights, links, and platform features. Monitor audience interactions and engagement across all social platforms. Content Development
Collaborate with agencies and professional videographer to produce engaging IG/FB/TIK TOK content. Generate ideas for posts, reels, stories, videos, and social-first campaigns. Trend & Market Monitoring
Monitor emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Stay informed of consumer behavior, digital marketing innovations, and content trends. Conduct regular benchmarking of international competitors and premium department stores. Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, video views, traffic, and conversions. Prepare monthly performance reports and present actionable recommendations. Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. Website Content Management
Maintain and update website content, including banners, landing pages, promotional campaigns, product features, and editorial content. Coordinate with e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure website content aligns with current marketing campaigns and brand image. Skills Required:
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing. Proven track record in content creation and production. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging social platforms. Up to date with digital, marketing and consumer trends. Effective time management and ability to work under pressure. Experience in fashion and/or beauty, lifestyle or premium retail is mandatory. Collaborative and proactive approach.
