To deepen engagement with healthcare practitioners, the full-time Inside Sales Specialist will manage existing accounts remotely, focusing on driving incremental growth and executing targeted awareness campaigns through phone, email, and digital outreach. Key responsibilities:
Grow Existing Accounts: Own a portfolio of established HCP accounts to drive reorders and portfolio expansion Run Awareness Campaigns: Design and execute outreach campaigns to generate demand and sell-through of the Nutrafol portfolio Educate & Consult: Present Nutrafol's product portfolio and clinical benefits to physicians and practice decision-makers
Required qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant sales experience 3-5 years of proven success in Inside Sales, account management, or B2B sales, particularly in the medical or wellness industry Experience selling to physicians or healthcare practitioners Strong consultative selling and account-growth skills, with experience in campaign execution over phone and video Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple territories and shifting priorities
