Every piece is handcrafted in the USA, which means supply is limited. What keeps retailers reordering and customers coming back is the story behind the jewelry. Each piece is designed to mean something — to the person wearing it and the moment it represents. Customers don’t buy one piece. They build a collection they can look back on and know exactly what each piece means to them.
About the Role This is an account management and territory growth position. On day one, you’ll inherit a transitioned book of 50 existing retail accounts from someone who is retiring after a decade with us. Your job is to deepen those relationships while actively prospecting and opening new jewelry stores, boutiques, gift shops, and home décor stores through cold visits, phone outreach, and trade shows.
You’ll work with store owners throughout the business’s full seasonal rhythm, writing stock orders, coaching accounts into a consistent fill‑in ordering cadence, and ensuring retailer cases stay stocked and sales keep moving. You are the Ronaldo brand expert in every store you call on.
This role is fully independent. You’ll manage your own schedule and call cycle, and you’ll represent a product line that store owners and their customers genuinely love.

What We Expect
Prospect and open new independent retail accounts across Tennessee. This is the top priority of the role
Manage and grow your existing account base through a consistent in‑person call cycle, with approximately 3 days per week on the road
Coach accounts for a fill‑in ordering rhythm between seasons so cases stay stocked year‑round. This is where territory revenue is built
Present each new product release to every account during seasonal sales windows
Run and support in‑store events and trunk shows, including writing customer special orders on‑site
Enter all orders through our wholesale ordering portal and keep account activity current in CRM
Coordinate with the home office on account setup, order questions, and logistics
What You Bring
You are the brand to every store you walk into. When a boutique owner thinks of Ronaldo, they’re thinking of you. That relationship is what drives their reorders
Proven sales experience, ideally in gift, jewelry, or specialty retail
Comfort and confidence walking into independent stores cold, building relationships with owners, presenting new lines, and closing orders on the spot
Self‑motivation and the discipline to manage your own schedule and territory without close supervision
Strong organizational habits. You keep your call cycle consistent and your CRM current
