Product Associate As a Product Associate in JPMorgan Access, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross‑functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job Responsibilities
Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross‑functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
Assist in maintaining backlog and facilitating discussions as needed across stakeholders to address issues and clarify requirements
Ensure product launch activities are planned and executed per rollout strategy
Create, maintain and publish product metrics and reporting
Execute and manage model annotations process to ensure compliance with AI governance policy
Support model evaluations-translate eval results into product actions and track improvements against targeted outcomes
Assist with AI governance activities as needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Strong problem solver with structured approach to ambiguity- able to break down complex issues into testable hypotheses, identify root cause and drive pragmatic outcome‑oriented decisions
Proficient in analyzing data and performance metrics to inform continuous product improvement
Familiarity with AI for search and chatbots, including foundational knowledge of LLMS, machine learning concepts, retrieval/search relevance and practical evaluation approaches
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a high matrixed, complex organization
