Job Overview Are you the type of person who has the discipline to follow a proven sales process that leads to a six‑figure income? Then we want you to join the family. Our Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. It’s a tough job, but it’s the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays.
Responsibilities
Follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain the sales database.
Present products to customers.
Shop the area competition.
Qualifications
Proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred.
Ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups.
Maintain a valid driver’s license.
Valid Real Estate License is required.
Compensation & Benefits Performance‑based compensation that includes a base salary of $700 per week for 16 weeks, $700 per week draw after week 16, generous commissions per home sold with total earnings potential ranging from $150,000 to $250,000. Additionally, eligible for bonuses and additional incentives along with extensive benefits—including time off for holidays, 3 weeks of vacation time, medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
