You’ll be joining alongside one other SDR, working directly with the Founder/CEO. This isn’t a plug-and-play position at a big company. You’re helping build the sales engine from scratch, and your fingerprint will be on everything we create. For the right person, that’s the opportunity. What we need
3-6+ years in B2B sales - agency, SaaS, or digital marketing experience preferred. Experience closing deals, not just setting appointments. You’ve taken conversations from first contact through signed agreement and you’re comfortable owning that outcome. Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills with a track record of booking qualified meetings. Comfortable self-sourcing leads and building your own pipeline from scratch. Consultative approach to selling - you lead with questions, understand the prospect’s situation, and position solutions around their goals. Familiarity with CRM tools (Close, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and prospecting platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo). Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and brings structure without waiting to be told what to do. Builder mentality - you want to create processes, test approaches, and improve systems, not just follow a script. Remote, full-time, aligned to U.S. business hours (CST preferred). Why This Role
