Meath is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
As a senior member of the commercial team, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of one or more projects, depending on their scale and complexity.
You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior management, while also supporting feasibility studies and budget preparation for new developments.
The role is primarily based at head office with regular site visits for meetings, assessments, and project reviews.
The successful Senior QS will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing construction project finances.
Essential Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Quantity Surveying role with a Main Contractor.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and relevant legislation.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and IT skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Full clean Irish or European driving licence.
