Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to internet sales inquiries from potential customers.
Provide detailed information on vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-ups and personalized communication.
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress effectively.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in internet sales, automotive sales, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM software and online sales platforms.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.
