Sous-Chefin / Sous-Chef 100%
- Verantwortlich für die fachgerechte Zubereitung und Präsentation aller Kostformen gemäss Menüplan und Spezialwünschen
- Mitverantwortlich für eine effiziente Lagerbewirtschaftung
- Einhalten des HACCP–Konzeptes und Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien
- Sach- und fachgerechte Organisation der Arbeit innerhalb des Küchendienstes
- Mitverantwortung für Wareneinkauf, Budget- und Controlling-Management, Inventur sowie Qualitätsmanagement
- Stellvertretung bei Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs
- Mitverantwortung für eine individuelle, abwechslungsreiche, gesunde und zielgruppengerechte Verpflegung im ganzen Gastronomiebereich
