Job Summary

Our marketing team is focused on driving business growth through strategic marketing, strong storytelling, and impactful customer experiences. As Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in connecting strategy to execution across campaigns, content, events, and brand initiatives. This role blends demand generation, content development, and event execution, making it an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded B2B marketer who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on implementation.

Success Criteria

Success in this role means driving measurable business growth through strategic, integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will effectively balance strategy and execution by managing campaigns, content, digital marketing efforts, trade shows, and customer experiences while collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and business leaders. Success will also be demonstrated through the ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling customer-focused messaging, improve marketing performance through data driven insights, maintain consistent brand standards across all touchpoints, and execute high quality marketing initiatives that support pipeline growth and overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated marketing, content marketing, demand generation, events, or related roles.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into customer-focused messaging and content.
  • Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple marketing disciplines.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with DAM, analytics, CMS, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience coordinating trade shows, events, or customer-facing marketing activities.
  • A collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and passion for innovation.
  • B2B industrial, manufacturing, automation, aerospace, nuclear, or life sciences marketing experience preferred.

Our starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $110,000-125,000 annually.
