Paradies Lagardre is looking for dependable, energetic Overnight Sales Associates who thrive during late-night hours and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly in one of the busiest airports in the country.

This is the perfect opportunity for individuals who enjoy overnight schedules, fast-paced retail, customer interaction, and a team environment that values reliability and hustle.

At DFW Airport, no two nights are the same. Our Overnight Sales Associates help create a clean, organized, and welcoming experience for travelers around the clock.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and energy
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance throughout the shift
  • Assist with inventory tasks, receiving shipments, and product organization
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational store environment
  • Follow cash-handling and loss prevention procedures
  • Support overnight operations and problem-solve in real time
What We're Looking For:
  • Night owls who prefer overnight or late-night schedules
  • Self-motivated individuals who work well independently and with a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume airport retail environment
  • Dependable attendance and flexibility with scheduling
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Retail, customer service, warehouse, stocking, or overnight experience preferred
  • Ability to pass required background and airport clearance requirements

Additional Requirements:
  • 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the sales floor
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume, 7/365 retail environment
  • Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and being on your feet
  • Ability to pass required background and FAA clearances
