Overview The Sales Intelligence Manager role is a critical vertical within the newly created Sales Activation and Enablement function. You will lead and manage the US Sales Intelligence Agenda as the go‑to for in‑house analytics, BI and reporting. In collaboration with Insights & Analytics and Mondelez IT, you will function as the Business Product Owner to build and prioritize the reporting capabilities needed to elevate the command of the business for SS&P and Sales teams.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall Sales Intelligence function for Sales Strategy & Planning teams.
Co‑pilot with I&A Business Intelligence lead and Mondelez IT technical product owners to align sales reporting & BI roadmap and prioritization.
Build a 1‑year‑out Sales Intelligence roadmap to meet future needs; act as product steward to vet timing and feasibility into planning.
Upgrade existing reporting suite; deliver recommendations on current and future reporting needs.
Co‑develop a Sales Reporting Hub to serve as a single stop‑shop for strategy and sales reporting.
Create standard reporting to support key routines such as QBR, Monthly LE, S & OE.
Work with SA & E Capabilities team to deploy training, usage and adoption plan across the organization.
Set KPIs and targets to ensure analytics solutions track performance metrics effectively.
Coach and develop the Assistant Business Intelligence Manager.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business, and communication skills.
Proficient in internal and external sales and commercial data, e.g., Retailer POS, Nielsen/Circana syndicated data, panel data, e‑commerce data, MSA, promo data.
Experience with data and reporting tools & systems such as Power BI and GCP Google Cloud Platform.
Expertise in KPI development, management, and tracking.
Strong technical acumen, analytical and creative skills.
Organizational agility with ability to work at both strategic and operational levels across multiple functions.
Ability to visualize data and tell a clear, simple story.
Ability to architect solutions and translate business requirements into technical specifications for the IT team.
Lead and oversee the technical implementation of sales business intelligence solutions with Mondelez IT.
Partner with I&A team to enable self‑service reporting capability for sales.
Lead training and drive adoption of sales BI and reporting across sales and customer teams.
Education & Certifications
B.S. or B.A. degree required.
Requirements
5‑7 years in US retail sales within CPG.
5‑7 years of experience converting internal and external commercial CPG data into business intelligence solutions and insights.
Deep experience in business planning, insights & analytics, revenue management, KPI/scorecarding.
Project management and product management experience, ability to operate in a dynamic and complex environment.
Salary & Benefits Base salary range: $122,000 to $167,750 (dependent on experience, skills, education, and location). Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with over‑achievement opportunities.
