Job Description:
About the Role:
The Quality Assurance Tech position at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Important Details:
  • Testing and qualify ingredients, premixes, blends, and finished products
  • Documenting results
  • Identifying quality issues and placing product on hold
  • Inspecting bay and area washes and releasing for use
  • Maintaining retention samples for future reference when needed

This is a full-time permanent role starting at $25.32 for the following positions:
  • 2nd shift, which operates from 2:00p to 10:00p Monday through Friday

About You:
You'll fit right in if you have:
  • Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a QA role or in food production
  • High attention to detail
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
