133 beds , providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. Enjoy mountain views from your home/office and no state income tax! About the position: Unique opportunity to build a program with strong administrative support and long-term growth potential. Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) Initial mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient coverage Approximately 10 days of call per month Guaranteed compensation during ramp-up Dedicated clinical support staff Opportunity to help shape program development and future expansion Scope of Practice: General / Non-Invasive Cardiology Electrophysiology (EP) welcomed Echo, TEE, nuclear/stress testing, cardiac CT/MRI Device management including pacemakers and ICDs Not Included: Interventional cardiology PCI/STEMI coverage Qualifications: BE/BC in Cardiology Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority Our Notable Highlights: Community Trauma Hospital (Lander) with full OB and surgical services Mammography services have earned a three-year accreditation from the American College of Radiology (ACR) Advanced diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, 3D mammography, ultrasound, etc.) Broad service lines including primary care, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, women s health Chest Pain Center accreditation for quality cardiac care Recognized with top safety and civic leadership grades by Leapfrog and Lown Institute Committed to community benefit significant investments in technology and uncompensated care Recruitment Package may include: Compensation in the MGMA 50 th -75 th % inclusive of wRVU production incentive $5K CME allowance $30K Sign-on bonus 25+ days PTO $10K relocation allowance Student loan repayment assistance Health benefits 401(k) retirement plan Medical malpractice insurance/tail coverage Residency stipend About Lander/Riverton: Nestled between mountain ranges in Fremont County, Lander and Riverton, WY offer breathtaking views, a close-knit community, and no state income tax.
