Your role:
The General Manager provides strategic direction, maintains operations, and drives results through people development, sales, and growth. General Managers hire, train, and coach through company values to uphold standards and achieve the company mission. Your Contribution and Responsibilities:

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three years of service industry experience and two years of management/leadership experience
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for the entirety of a shift
- Willingness and ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Adhere to the written schedule
- Maintain a weekly schedule of 42-44 in-shop hours
Compensation
- $66,500 / year

In-person Interview, Performance Task Review & Stage
- Within five days of your Google Meet screening, we'll invite you in for an interview, review your performance tasks, and give you a chance to experience Sweet Cow in action via a stage.
Reference Checks & Offer
- If everything went great in our interview, we will reach out to your references and follow up with an offer letter within 48 hours of the in-person interview.
Start Date
- We will work with you to determine the best start date. Welcome aboard!
