We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team! We're looking for someone who brings positivity and a smile to work every day. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with great communication and people skills. Your customer-centric approach is at the core of everything you do. Key Responsibilities:
Learn directly from our award-winning trial lawyers , whose mentorship and high standards will sharpen your legal instincts, deepen your understanding of litigation, and expose you to trial preparation at the highest level. Draft legal correspondence and client-facing documents
that communicate clearly and professionally, helping move cases forward and build trust with clients. Organize and hands on case management
by maintaining accurate spreadsheets, updating case timelines, and ensuring important deadlines and court dates are always met. Coordinate complex calendars
for attorneys, court events, and client meetings with precision and proactive communication. Engage directly with clients , serving as a point of contact for follow-ups, and status updates-ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their case. Participate in court events , giving you hands-on exposure to Florida's legal system and valuable insight into how legal arguments unfold in real time. Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar
to streamline communication and task management across the team. Contribute to the firm's success by embracing a "no job too small" mindset -taking on new projects and responsibilities with enthusiasm and a problem-solving attitude. Preferred Skills & Experience:
A client-first attitude, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful and professional. Family Law experience is a plus. We are seeking someone eager to learn and grow in the role. Familiarity with client management software such as
Clio
