Experience with asynchronous programming patterns, high levels of concurrency, and frameworks such as Vert.x and Dropwizard. Experience with event-driven or streaming architectures. Understanding of authN/Z patterns (OAuth2/JWT), rate limiting, and API security. Observability tools and practices (metrics, tracing, logs) and load/perf testing. Knowledge of Real-Time Bidding (RTB), SSPs, DSPs, and ad delivery systems. In CA, the base salary range for this role is $125,000 – $135,000. In CO, the base salary range is $115,000 – $125,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Perks and benefits include comprehensive healthcare coverage, generous time off, holiday breaks, quarterly wellness days, equity and employee stock purchase plan, family-focused benefits, parental leave, 401k retirement savings plan with employer match, disability and life insurance, cell phone subsidy, monthly fitness reimbursement, career growth opportunities, and a supportive company culture.
