Highland Ridge is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (Nursing Assistant / Caregiver/ HHA ) to join our team in Long Term Care at Highland Ridge.Wage: $19.49 - $22.55+ per hour Based on Experience (Certified)Current opportunities include:FULL-TIME (1st or 2nd shift which will include every other weekend)PART-TIME (1st or 2nd shift which will include every other weekend) Highland Ridge is a senior living community in Williamsburg, Iowa. Exceptionally crafted townhomes, senior apartments, assisted living, a care center and memory care residence create a full array of senior living options. ResponsibilitiesPerform ADL's as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices. Monitor changes in Resident's condition Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, etc.) Ensure residents are cared for with dignity. #PHScaregiver
QualificationsCaregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered. To work in Long Term Care, Nursing Assistant Certification is required. Assisted Living does not require any certifications. Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies. Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
