Du suchst eine verantwortungsvolle Position im Controlling eines Produktionsunternehmens? Als Plant Controller (m/w/d) bzw. Werkscontroller (m/w/d) bist Du zentral für die finanzielle Steuerung unseres Standorts verantwortlich und trägst maßgeblich zur Kostenoptimierung, Effizienzsteigerung und Profitabilität bei. Du übernimmst eine Schlüsselrolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen Controlling und Produktion:
- Du erstellst Monatsabschlüsse sowie Reports und Analysen im Werkscontrolling
- Du analysierst und entwickelst Produktionskosten und Standardkosten (Cost Controlling) weiter
- Du unterstützt die Budgetplanung und Forecasts im Produktionsumfeld
- Du identifizierst Abweichungen und leitest Maßnahmen zur Kostenoptimierung und Performance-Steigerung ein
- Du steuerst Inventurprozesse sowie das Bestandscontrolling im Werk
- Du begleitest Investitionen (Capex) und führst Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen durch
- Du trackst Kostensenkungsprogramme und Effizienzprojekte im Produktionsbereich
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Werksleitung zusammen und bist Business Partner für Produktion und Management
- Du verantwortest die Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie interne Kontrollen
- Du treibst Continuous Improvement und Lean-/WCM-Initiativen aktiv voran
Du bringst Erfahrung im Produktionscontrolling / Manufacturing Controlling mit und möchtest aktiv gestalten - Du bringst analytisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist mit und möchtest wirklich etwas bewegen:
- Studium im Bereich Controlling, Finance, Accounting oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Werkscontrolling / Produktionscontrolling
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Kostenanalyse und Deckungsbeitragsrechnung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, Power BI oder vergleichbaren BI-Tools
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen und Reporting-Systemen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
- Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung als Business Partner im Produktionsumfeld
