As our Product Design Intern, you'll partner closely with Product Designers with a primary focus on the Enterprise Password Manager to help enable admins to securely manage and protect their workforce. You'll deeply understand our product and personas, and work on a variety of design problems with mentorship and guidance from embedded designers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada or the US. This position will be for 4 months - September to December 2026.
What You Can Expect Collaborate with Product Designers, Content Designers, Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Software Developers to understand and solve problems for customers Develop concepts and prototypes using tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Figma Make, then translate validated ideas into high-fidelity designs and detailed feature specifications within our design system Gather and incorporate feedback on your design work and share your feedback with other designers in weekly critique sessions Partner with our research team to gather feedback from customers on design work through user research What We're Looking For

Our approach to remote work We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we're using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
