Project OWL Coordinator Location: Houses of the Oireachtas, Dublin Full-Time Contract 35 hours per week Senior Supervisor/Instructors Salary Scale €41,431 to €55,805 DOE Project OWL is a unique, business-led programme established in Ireland through the partnership based at the Houses of the Oireachtas Dublin 2 between Kare WALK, The Houses of the Oireachtas and the City of Dublin ETB.

Project OWL is a one-year internship programme based on site that enables people with an intellectual disability to gain a broad range of skills.
The project offers on-site training and support facilitated by the Project Coordinator to enable the participants to gain real employment skills.
The opportunity to learn in the workplace environment is a key element to this innovative and successful programme.
Responsibilities: The Coordinator will take responsibility for delivering the curriculum, the implementation and successful development of all aspects of the programme.
Responsibilities of the role will include: Student Recruitment Traineeships Job Development Teaching and Curriculum Training and Development Liaising with departments on a daily basis to support the individuals Participate in the steering committees that drive the programme Requirements: Minimum Qualification: QQI Level 5 Major Award in Job Coaching or Facilitating Learning or equivalent Level 5 Major Award or Degree Previous experience in a Job Coaching role or similar would be beneficial Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Strong administration and IT skills Must have a full, valid drivers licence and access to your own vehicle Must be eligible to work in Ireland without sponsorship Please note that this position is Dublin based Benefits 25 days annual leave Federation of Voluntary Bodies Pension Scheme: Employer 7% & Employee 5% contributions Rewarding work with flexible hours Employee Assistance Programme and local Employee Discounts Personal Development, Professional Growth and Career Progression Closing date for applications is 1st July 2026.
