Ter versterking van hun interne onderhoudsteam zijn ze momenteel op zoek naar een fulltime Maintenance Technician.
FunctieAls Maintenance Technician krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken van een dynamisch team van techniekers en projectmedewerkers. Jouw focus ligt op elektriciteit, waarbij je een wezenlijke bijdrage levert aan het onderhoud en de verbetering van onze technische installaties. Je takenpakket is uitdagend en divers:
- Dagdagelijks oplossen van technische storingen en uitvoeren van correctief onderhoud aan productie- en nutsinstallaties.
- Deelname aan preventief en predictief onderhoud om technische stilstanden te minimaliseren.
- Opbouwen van gestructureerde kennis over elektriciteitsverdeling binnen de plant.
- Beheren en aanpassen van laagspanningsbordenlijsten en procedures in samenwerking met de installatieverantwoordelijke.
- Geven van trainingen aan collega's (met focus op elektriciteit).
- Begeleiden van keuringen voor hoog- en laagspanning en oplossen van aandachtspunten.
- Actieve betrokkenheid bij elektrische projecten, inclusief schema- en bordcontrole, keuringbegeleiding en installatieoplevering.
- Adviseren van engineers over reserveonderdelen en voorraadbeheer van elektrisch materiaal.
- Werken in een 2-ploegensysteem na een uitgebreide opleidingsperiode. Sporadisch kan er eens nachtwerk aan te pas komen. Weekendwerk is niet van toepassing.
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol als Maintenance Technician, beschik je over de volgende kwalificaties en vaardigheden:
- Je hebt een professionele bachelor in elektromechanica of elektriciteit, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring (2 jaar of meer).
- Bij voorkeur kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica/hydraulica, P&ID, en basiskennis van automatisering is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en kunt technische storingen efficiënt analyseren.
- Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
- Ervaring met software zoals Excel, Word en SAP.
- In het bezit van volgende attesten of bereid om deze te behalen: VCA, BA4, BA5.
- Kennis, ervaring of interesse in ATEX omgevingen, Autocad, 5S-methodieken.
- Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (vroeg-laat, van maandag tot vrijdag) met een sporadische nachtshift.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler en communiceert vlot met collega's.
