CommonSpirit Academy Women's Healthcare Associates is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our well-established, mission-driven practice in Colorado Springs, CO. For more than 25 years, our physicians have provided expert, compassionate women's health care while building lifelong relationships with patients.
Practice Overview
- Established, high-volume OB/GYN practice with strong community reputation
- Team-based environment with experienced OB/GYN physicians, NPs, CNMs, and support staff
- Full-scope OB/GYN care: well-woman visits, prenatal care, deliveries, gynecology, and menopause management
- Minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery available
- Emphasis on patient-centered, compassionate, and personalized care
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
- Perform gynecologic surgery, including minimally invasive approaches
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Participate in shared call and quality-focused care delivery
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Two years of experience preferred but not required, new grads are welcome to apply
- Must have successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty.
- Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency ("DEA") registration;
- Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital;
- Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution
- Doctorate MD or DO required
- DR-Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in applicable state required
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
