As a CNA, your work matters.
Provide exceptional, personalized care and support with activities of daily living Create meaningful connections with residents living with dementia and cognitive decline Help maintain a calm, engaging, and safe environment Encourage socialization, dignity, independence, and purposeful engagement Support residents and families with compassion, patience, and understanding
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Current C.N.A certification Previous Memory Care or Dementia Care experience REQUIRED Experience working in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care preferred A compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach High school diploma or equivalent
