We're seeking a strategic Strategy & Delivery Lead with expertise in program and project management to translate vision into execution. This role goes beyond managing timelines; you'll help ensure initiatives are aligned, adopted, and delivering real business impact. You'll partner with client leaders and cross-functional teams to bring complex work to life. If you're collaborative, proactive, and energized by turning ideas into measurable outcomes, this could be a great fit.
Turn Strategy into ActionTranslate strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, and success measures. Align stakeholders on goals, roles, and expected outcomes. Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts.
Lead DeliveryLead multiple complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. Create structure through plans, governance, and team rhythms. Keep work on track by managing progress, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate across disciplines (change, comms, creative, learning, technology, and org & talent). Be accountable for project financials (forecasting, hours, invoicing, gross margin). Use AI tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
Drive Engagement & ResultsKeep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged. Facilitate key conversations, decisions, and working sessions. Track success metrics and adjust to improve outcomes.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity. Clear, concise communicator who can synthesize and guide decisions. Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams. Collaborative mindset with strong accountability and follow-through.
Qualifications5+ years of project or program management experience. Experience in consulting or cross-functional environments preferred. Proficiency with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project. Strong financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, GM%). Experience leading large, complex projects (including teams of 20+).
What Success Looks LikeStrategy is translated into clear, actionable plans. Teams are aligned and executing effectively. Projects deliver meaningful business impact for clients.
