- Natürlich sind Sie echter Experte auf Ihrem Fachgebiet, wissen Begriffe wie Jahresabschluss oder Kostenrechnung mit Leben zu füllen und tauchen tief in die Zahlen und deren Aufbereitung ein. Ihre Ergebnisse aus dem Finanzcontrolling dienen dabei als Vorbereitung für relevante Entscheidungen des Managements
- In Ihrer Funktion als Konzerncontroller sind Sie Schnittstelle zu unseren Fachbereichen sowie den Auslandsgesellschaften, berücksichtigen deren Bedürfnisse und kommunizieren mit unterschiedlichsten (internationalen) Anspruchsgruppen auf Augenhöhe
- Sie gestalten und harmonisieren Controllingprozesse zwischen der ROSSMANN Zentrale und unseren Tochtergesellschaften und unterstützen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung einheitlicher Richtlinien
- Dabei treiben Sie die Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen und Digitalisierungen aktiv mit voran
- Sie wissen: Nichts ist so beständig wie der Wandel. Daher sind Sie offen für Veränderungen und unterstützen unseren Bereich aktiv im Change Management
- Sie haben Ihr Studium mit Wirtschaftsschwerpunkt erfolgreich abgeschlossen und waren schon in Ihrem Vertiefungsfach von Controllingthemen fasziniert. Ihr Fachwissen haben Sie während Ihrer anschließenden Berufstätigkeit (idealerweise im Konzernumfeld) erfolgreich ausgebaut
- Rund um Zahlen, Daten und Fakten unterstützen Sie uns mit Ihren sehr guten analytischen Fähigkeiten. Zudem arbeiten Sie eigenständig, verantwortungsbewusst und gewissenhaft, erkennen neue Trends sowie damit einhergehende Potenziale und bringen diese aktiv in Ihre tägliche Arbeit ein
- Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke ermöglicht es Ihnen, effizient und zielgerichtet Themen direkt auf den Punkt zu bringen und Ihre Botschaften immer an die jeweilige Zielgruppe anzupassen. Dank Ihrer Empathie binden Sie auch Ihre internationalen Kollegen mühelos in Projekte ein und führen diese gemeinschaftlich zum Erfolg
- Sie haben einen schnellen Blick für das Wesentliche und Ihre Themen treiben Sie stets mit Enthusiasmus und unternehmerischem Weitblick voran
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedensten Ansprechpartnern mit – gerne auch international. Dafür sind Ihre Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf höchstem Niveau und Sie beherrschen die englische Sprache verhandlungssicher
