What You'll Do: As an agent with PCFG Insurance Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Meeting with prospective and current clients to assess their insurance needs. Managing policy renewals and ensuring clients remain adequately covered. Analyzing coverage options and explaining details to clients in a clear, professional manner. Managing claims processes, including conducting visits when necessary. Maintaining client records and overseeing your business operations. Collaborating with underwriting to ensure appropriate coverage solutions. Conducting marketing efforts, such as utilizing social media, sending postcards, and making phone calls to expand your business. Staying up-to-date on industry regulations and product offerings to serve your clients effectively. Overseeing your business operations, including budgeting and hiring staff.
