Onze klant biedt gespecialiseerde oplossingen voor bedrijven die tijdelijke ondersteuning nodig hebben op het gebied van payroll. Deze dienst is onderdeel van een grotere organisatie met meer dan 1.500 medewerkers, wat tal van doorgroeimogelijkheden biedt, zowel horizontaal als verticaal. Hierdoor krijg je de kans om op termijn je carrière verder uit te bouwen binnen een dynamisch en groeiend bedrijf.
FunctieAls Payroll Partner Outsourcing functioneer je als verlengstuk van de personeelsdienst van onze klanten.
In deze functie sta je in voor:
- Het adviseren van klanten over hun payroll en HR-administratie.
- Het zelfstandig organiseren en beheren van je werk in samenspraak met je klanten.
- Het up-to-date houden van je kennis en vaardigheden.
- Relevante ervaring van minimaal 2 jaar in payroll en sociale wetgeving, waardoor je moeiteloos advies kunt geven en processen kunt optimaliseren.
- Sterke klantgerichte aanpak met de vaardigheid om creatieve en efficiënte oplossingen te bieden bij complexe vraagstukken.
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, waarbij kennis van andere talen als een extra troef wordt beschouwd, maar niet noodzakelijk is.
- Ervaring met Excel voor het analyseren en verwerken van payroll- en HR-gegevens.
- Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om te reizen, waarbij een reistijd van maximaal één uur acceptabel is.
- Het vermogen om in verschillende werkomgevingen snel je draai te vinden.
- Vast contract bij opstart.
