Sous la supervision de la Directrice Assurance Qualité, tu joueras un rôle clé dans l’application et le respect des programmes HACCP et SQF , contribuant ainsi au maintien des plus hauts standards en sécurité alimentaire .
- Appliquer les programmes qualité en transformation de la volaille (tests NDD, NHC, NE, etc.)
- Compléter et vérifier les registres HACCP et SQF (pré-opération, CCP, PMIV, titration, retours de produits, etc.)
- Assurer le respect des bonnes pratiques d’hygiène (BPH)
- Former les employés aux normes BPH/SQF
- Effectuer les inspections qualité, prélèvements et mises sous retenue de produits
- Collaborer aux décisions de disposition des produits non conformes
- Participer à l’implantation de nouvelles procédures ou normes
- Être disponible pour du temps supplémentaire ou des remplacements de quart (rotation)
- Formation : DEC en transformation des aliments ou expérience équivalente
- Expérience : Milieu alimentaire, programmes HACCP/SQF, informatique de base
- Compétences : Organisation, autonomie, rigueur, esprit d’équipe
- Outils : Bonne maîtrise de Word, Excel et Paperless-Datahex
- Langues : Français requis | Anglais et/ou espagnol fonctionnels (atout)
- Profil : Sens des responsabilités, gestion de priorités, bon jugement, capacité à travailler sous pression et engagement professionnel
