Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Substitute After-School Teacher to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our elementary students in our after-school program. This role involves stepping in as needed to lead structured activities, assist with homework, and ensure the well-being of students. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient, and passionate about working with children.

What We Offer

  • Pay range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and engage with elementary students in after-school activities, ensuring a positive and safe environment.

  • Assist students with homework, providing guidance and encouragement.

  • Light sweeping, wiping down tables, and trash removal

  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.

  • Maintain program rules, policies, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Experience working with elementary-age children in an educational or childcare setting.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
