In deze rol wordt een brede waaier aan verantwoordelijkheden opgenomen om de terminalactiviteiten in optimale banen te leiden.Jouw takenpakket:
- Coördineren en structureren van de dagelijkse haven-, koelhuis- en packingprocessen, met een efficiënte vertaling van klantbehoeften naar inzet van mensen en middelen;
- Bijdragen aan de uitbouw van toekomstige terminalontwikkelingen in Zeebrugge en adviseren over operationele optimalisaties en opportuniteiten voor klantgerichte verbeteringen;
- Bewaken van correcte facturatie, kostenallocatie en financiële nauwkeurigheid om betrouwbare kosten-batenanalyses te garanderen;
- Actief uitdragen van het SHEQ‑beleid en opvolgen van het Port Facility Security Plan conform de geldende ISPS‑normen;
- Garanderen van naleving van interne kwaliteitsstandaarden en ISO‑richtlijnen binnen alle operationele processen;
- Onderhouden en versterken van duurzame commerciële relaties met bestaande en nieuwe klanten;
- Uitbouwen van een performant team via gerichte rekrutering, ontwikkeling, opvolging en coaching ;
- Stimuleren van een constructief sociaal klimaat door regelmatige contacten met syndicale partners en de bredere havengemeenschap.

Wat heb je nodig om in aanmerking te kunnen komen?
- Een bachelor in Supply Chain, Engineering of een vergelijkbare richting, aangevuld met relevante ervaring die een gelijkwaardig niveau aantoont.
- Minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen een industriële of havenomgeving, met kennis van logistieke en operationele processen.
- Een sterke mix van strategisch inzicht en een pragmatische, hands‑on mentaliteit.
- Een uitgesproken focus op veiligheid, kwaliteitsbewaking en efficiënte werkmethodes.
- Analytisch en resultaatgericht, met een degelijke financiële basis voor het interpreteren van cijfers en rapportages.
- Communicatief vaardig, flexibel in schakelen en in staat om diverse interne en externe stakeholders vlot mee te nemen.
