Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als shift leader
- Dagelijkse aansturing en begeleiding van de operatoren in jouw ploeg;
- Garanderen van een efficiënte werking van machines en installaties;
- Flexibel inspelen op wijzigingen in planning en productie;
- Ondersteuning bieden aan machines en bewaken van productspecificaties ;
- Controleren van afgewerkte rollen en ingrijpen bij kwaliteitsafwijkingen;
- Opvolgen van productiviteit, efficiëntie (EFF) en orde & netheid (5S);
- Uitvoeren van veiligheidscontroles (BBS-audits) en leiden van shiftmeetings;
- Correcte administratieve opvolging en vrijgave van machines;
- Signaleren en beheren van veiligheids- en milieusituaties volgens procedures;
- Zorgen voor een duidelijke en gestructureerde ploegoverdracht .

De ideale shift leader herkent zich volledig in het onderstaande:
- Een A2-diploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau;
- Aantoonbare ervaring als shiftleader of teamleader binnen een productieomgeving;
- Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en heldere, mensgerichte communicatie;
- Organisatietalent en het vermogen om het overzicht te bewaren, ook bij veranderingen;
- Basiskennis van MS Office en bij voorkeur ervaring met ERP-systemen;
- Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel (5u00–13u15 en 13u15–21u30).
