We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Receptionist / Sales Associate to join our growing dealership team. This unique role combines front-desk reception duties with automotive sales opportunities, making it ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry.
No previous automotive experience is required. We provide training and support to help you succeed. Responsibilities Reception Duties Greet customers as they enter the dealership and create a positive first impression. Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. Assist customers with general dealership inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Schedule appointments and assist with customer follow-up. Support administrative tasks as needed. Sales Duties Assist customers in finding vehicles that fit their needs and budget. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations. Follow up with leads generated through phone, internet, and dealership traffic. Build relationships with prospective and existing customers. Work closely with the sales team to achieve dealership goals. Learn product knowledge and financing options through dealership training. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone. Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license preferred. No experience necessary - training provided. What We're Looking For
