FunctieAls Electrical Maintenance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en beheren van de technische onderhoudsprocessen binnen onze diverse elektrotechnische installaties. Deze rol omvat de zorg voor het realiseren van totaalprojecten, beginnende van het ontwerp tot de volledige uitvoering.
- Plannen, coördineren en uitvoeren van onderhoudsactiviteiten.
- Diagnosticeren van elektrische storingen en implementeren van passende oplossingen.
- Beheren van het onderhoudsteam en de externe dienstverleners.
- Zorgen voor de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Bijdragen aan de verbetering van processen en technieken.
- Rapporteren aan het management over de voortgang en resultaten.
Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar een kandidaat met:
- Een bachelor diploma in elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
- Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
- Sterke technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Leiderschaps- en teammanagementvaardigheden.
- Kennis van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Bekwaamheid in het gebruik van onderhoudssoftware en -tools.
- Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om in Genk te werken.
