Overview We are seeking a Risk and Business Analytics Supervisor to lead data‑driven decision making, generate actionable insights, and manage a team of analytics professionals. Job Summary Responsible for data mining, analysis, report generation, and database design to support Toyota’s strategic vision by maximizing revenue retention and reducing risk. Responsibilities Data Management: Extract, analyze, and report data from internal and external systems; develop SQL/Python models; maintain Power BI dashboards; oversee report development and governance. Business Support: Build relationships with Sales, Marketing, Dealer Servicing, IT, Compliance, Finance, etc.; conduct requirements gathering; translate user needs to system specifications; develop automation tools; perform quantitative analysis. Risk Management: Produce reports for the Enterprise Risk Management Committee; monitor Key Risk Indicators; contribute to CEO Risk Scorecard; develop portfolio management reports; partner with suppliers for analytics. Database Management: Recalibrate models, enforce controls, assist in application development, document database structures, and collaborate with IT. People Management: Supervise staff, set objectives, conduct performance evaluations, plan training and development. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 2‑5 years in a similar role, preferably in financial services, banking, or automotive industry. Languages: Strong oral & written skills in English and Spanish. Technical: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint; knowledge of system and data architecture, data stewardship, QA procedures. Methodologies: Kaizen, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma experience preferred. Other: Ability to work in deadline‑driven environment; strong organizational skills; travel up to 5% of time; work schedule Monday‑Friday 8:00am–5:00pm (overtime may be required).
