Evaluation Specialist – Community Mental Health At CSAC, data helps us improve lives. As our Evaluation Specialist, you'll transform clinical and operational data into meaningful insights that support quality improvement, compliance, and better outcomes for the people and communities we serve. Position Summary The Evaluation Specialist supports data collection, reporting, analysis, and quality improvement activities across the organization. This role works closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate reporting, monitor performance measures, and support state, federal, grant, and CCBHC (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic) requirements. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Reporting
Collect, validate, and manage data for federal, state, grant, and CCBHC reporting. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data tracking tools. Generate and refine EHR reports to support regulatory and organizational needs. Ensure timely and accurate reporting submissions.
Quality Improvement
Analyze performance data and support Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives. Monitor key measures such as access to care, screening completion, and follow-up rates. Identify data quality concerns and collaborate with staff to improve documentation and reporting practices. Assist with certification and recertification activities, including CCBHC requirements.
Collaboration
Create clear reports and dashboards for staff, leadership, and stakeholders. Partner with program managers and leadership to translate data into actionable improvements.
Qualifications Required
Associate's degree in health information, public health, business administration, statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One year of experience in data management, reporting, compliance, quality assurance, or administrative support in a healthcare or nonprofit setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data management skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience with EHR systems and healthcare reporting requirements. Familiarity with behavioral health quality measures, federal grant reporting, or CCBHC standards. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data analysis tools. Knowledge of community mental health and substance use treatment services.

Pay & Benefits
37.5 hours per week, with the hourly rate in the range of $20 - $29. Comprehensive benefits package, including:
