Vos responsabilités
Développement et ingénierie
- Concevoir, développer, tester et déployer des applications robustes en environnement Backend, Frontend ou Full Stack.
- Produire un code de haute qualité respectant les meilleures pratiques de développement et de sécurité.
Architecture et conception technique
- Participer à la définition des architectures applicatives et des schémas de données.
- Contribuer à la conception de solutions orientées microservices et infonuagiques.
Assurance qualité
- Mettre en place des tests automatisés et assurer une couverture adéquate du code.
- Réaliser des revues de code rigoureuses afin de maintenir les standards de qualité.
DevOps et automatisation
- Collaborer à l'amélioration et à l'automatisation des pipelines CI/CD.
- Participer à l’optimisation des processus de livraison logicielle.
Intelligence artificielle
- Développer et intégrer des outils agentiques et des solutions basées sur l’IA afin d’automatiser les tâches répétitives et accélérer la création de valeur.

Profil recherché
Expertise technique
- Excellente maîtrise de Java, .NET, React et SQL
- Solides connaissances en Design Patterns et architecture logicielle
- Expérience des environnements Cloud (Azure et/ou AWS)
- Bonne maîtrise des principes de sécurité applicative (OWASP)
- Expérience avec les outils d’assistance au développement tels que GitHub Copilot, Claude ou équivalents
Exigences essentielles
- Expérience significative dans le secteur bancaire ou financier
- Expérience pratique du cadre Agile SAFe
- Excellente maîtrise du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Forte autonomie, esprit de consultation et leadership technique
