Key Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, applying drive and passion for helping people.
Engage with the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9am‑9pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to meet evolving tech and customer needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided.

Salary & Schedule Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.93 - $20.82 per hour plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn $62,460 per year. Salary range may vary by geography, experience, expertise and education/training. Weekly hours: 40. Time type: Regular. Location: USA:CO:Wheat Ridge:5131 Kipling St:RET/RET.
