Über

A career as a Senior Cloud Network Architect in the Infrastructure Evolution team at National Bank means that you can work as a specialist in network and cloud architecture design and evolution. This position allows you to have a concrete impact on the performance and security of our platforms, thanks to your experience in network infrastructures, AWS cloud and designing robust and scalable solutions.


Your job

  • Define and develop high-performing, secure network and cloud architectures
  • Design solutions adapted to complex, multi-vendor environments
  • Pilot infrastructure automation and the integration of innovative practices, including artificial intelligence
  • Ensure compliance with security, compliance and governance standards
  • Support delivery and operations teams by continuously optimising architectures
  • Collaborate, influence and share best practices in order to develop collective expertise

In Infrastructure Evolution, you are part of a large team of 17 colleagues and report to an architecture manager. Our team stands out for its in-depth expertise, collaboration and commitment to delivering quality technological solutions.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, with at least 15 years of relevant experience in networking, cloud and architecture technologies
  • Extensive experience in network and cloud architecture (AWS) in complex multi-vendor environments, with expertise in segmentation, high availability, hybrid connectivity, security, as well as security, compliance and governance principles.
  • Expertise in network technologies and protocols (CISCO, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, TCP/IP, ISE, VPNS, DNS, PIWM, OSPF, ETC.)
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, Security, observability, etc.) AWS Advanced Networking Specialty and Solutions Architect Professional certifications.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible) and DevOps practises (CI/CD, GitHub Actions)
  • experience in technology integration (AI, automation), cross-sector technical leadership, ability to translate business needs into solutions, with excellent communication skills, collaboration, mentoring and strategic orientation.
